We love the sectional we bought here. We had to special order it - no problem. Initially, we were told 10 days. We said no problem, we are not in a hurry. After the order and 50% down, they said give us 2 weeks to be safe. Again, we said no problem, we are not in a hurry we just need to know a time frame. We were selling the old furniture and didn't want to go without. At two week point, I called. This was a Wednesday. The salesman's response was "You said you were not in a hurry." No huge problem yet. I said "just tell me when." He said
