Management that runs this cleaners is a joke. My wife recently brought in curtains for an annual cleaning. They were ruined during the cleaning process, which isn't the end of the world. The problem was on the back end when Aunt Cleaners refused to accept any responsibility for their role. Management finally agreed to pay a very small replacement fee, but it didn't even cover the cost of the gas used to pick up the replacement curtain.
