Unfortunately i wasnt too lucky. i had a bad experience and would not recommend Ms.McDowell to anyone. 1st reason our apointments was scheduled at 12pm and we had to wait 2 hours after our appt time. when i spoke to her the 1st time she gave me a price from 50-100 and our total end up to be $380 than she was not professional because she hang up on me and would never return my calls. i had faxed over my sisters birth certificate with all there info and when she finally faxed over my letter and all the infornmation was incorrect . so my sisters was 1 1/2 week la
