They fixed what I needed fixed. And honestly!!! Best Buy said I needed a new motherboard and then tried to sell me a laptop. I took it to Laptop Shack and they found out that my HP had a bad fan. They replaced the fan by the next day as compared to the other guys that said they would send it away for a month. I have now brought my Xbox and my wife's computer in since and Joe and Libby have helped me everytime. Laptop Shack is the only place I trust so now I sing their praise. Thanks for a job well done!!!
