I had the displeasure of dealing with the absolute rudest receptionist I have ever come across in any industry (and I have worked in banking, mortgage, and telecom). If this would have been a monitored call, she would have been put under disciplinary review. I was trying to schedule a couple of pediatric dentist appointments, and she was curt with me throughout the call. At one point, she even started a sentence, "I don't mean to be rude, but..." I'm sure that Robert C. Lee is probably a competent enough pediatric dentist (that's why
