From the beginning this guy was incredibly rude. He insisted on waiting until I completed and signed the paperwork on the storage before he would leave his house to meet me there. By the time he got there I - a single mom with 2 small children under my feet - had almost half of the truck unloaded. He tried telling me that it wouldnt fit in the locker I had and insisted I purchase an additional locker or he wouldn't unload anything. He was so rude to me the entire time he and his helper were unloading the truck. I wanted to tell them to just leave, but I needed the
