I treat adults for depression, anxieties, phobias, addictions and similar emotional disorders, using behavioral and cognitive methods that have clear scientific support of their effectiveness and efficiency. They do not involve extensive exploration of a patient's childhood or unconsciousness mind. Instead, my psychotherapy methods are active, directive, and educative; I aim at solving the problems the patient faces here and now.
