I have only positive comments regarding my experience with SAF Kung Fu, Sifu Nate, and the classes. Every day I feel challenged and accomplished. I noticed changes immediately but after six weeks, I've achieved improved balance, confidence, muscle memory, coordination, flexibility and peacefulness.
