My parents are seniors, and disabled. They have gone through so much, mainly the tragic and sudden death of my 18yr old brother, which they barely got through. They waited their whole life to have their own home, and after the death of my brother, they desperately wanted to buy the house they were living in then, the last place they had seen their son, my brother alive, and the last place he called home. Thankfully they eventually were able to buy that home, they would just need to fix it up the way they wanted to. After years of saving,in July 2011, m
