I spent a considerable amount of time online troubleshooting my hot tub. I am cheap that way :-). Well anyway, I called half a dozen spa companies and none of them would give me a price to come out and give a guaranteed list of parts that need to be replaced. (so i could replace them myself) Except for Carolina Spa Guy. Dave gave me a set fee. No hourly rate. This was rare but even more so when a tech came out and not only did he give me a list of parts but he explained how to change them and how he tested them. He even waited 10 minutes while I priced the parts online. The
