First, this Krav Maga training is the best and toughest workout I've ever experienced. I have lifted weights, boxed, played football, but nothing compares to the real-world training Derek provides. In a few short months, I have learned to escape from locks, kickbox, defend against weapons, and more. Within the first 2 months, I dropped 15 pounds while adding muscle. If you have any interest in contact sports, try this class out. Class sizes are small and adult-oriented.
