"I drove over an hour to Gun City because the salesman I called (Terry) said he could fix my minor problem with my rifle right at the counter. When I got there (he had left)I was greeted by a condescending arrogant young salesman who, instead of trying to help me with MY gun, inferred it was junk and tried to sell me another.
