Now operating under Crosswinds K-9, owned by Phyllis Tustin. Mr. Garbera left the facility in 2006, when he was caught committing adultery. Phyllis is operating the facility with professionalism and ability. We are very pleased with the results not to mention the immaculate boarding facility.
