If you ever want your computer repair for whatever reason. DON'T TAKE IT TO DeKalb Computer Services. I took mines there in mid June and didn't get back till late July. And although I was calling to check up on the process, he finally took me, he couldn't fix it. That's when I should've gotten a new computer. Because when I did get it back nothing was right with it. Come to find out his software and parts he uses are counterfeit and not geniune Microsoft Software. Every time I used my computer a message from the Microsoft Corporation would come. THIS IS NOT A GENUINE MICROS
