Current owner condones terrible customer service by staff. Went to buy case of beer and cashier just sat there ignoring the fact that I had placed a case of beer on the counter ready to check out. We made eye contact and he still just sat there. There was no other person in the store so I am puzzled. When I finally suggested that I would like to check out, he acted as though I was annoying him. He did not give me a total but snatched my money out of my hand. He did the same when he gave change. I called the Fox Chapel location to see if they knew who the owner was
