I was a four-time customer of VYC Best Used Tires via eBay. The first two experiences were fine, when I bought some ubiquitous OEM tires, well worn but at bargain prices. No surprises, I got what was described. Things went sour, however, when I purchased high-end premium tires from VYC, which were later discovered to be unusable by my tire installer.
