Have a friend who took his trailer there and they charged him 20.00 for 4 bolts and washers on trailer. Next time, for a Mercrusier gear set, they tried to change the clutch, then said there was no serial number on drive unit, then said stamped serial numbers were transposed, then blamed UPS for delays, then the supplier that rebuilt the top of the drive unit for the wrong gears. My friend thought he brought it to 'experts' who can't figure out what gears are in a drive unit ultimately. Quote was about 500.00 and ultimately ended up over 4000.00 wit
