On Dec. 18th I ordered a flower arraingment to be delivered on Dec.26th for my sister's birthday. I was glad to find a florist that would deliver on that day. I was assured by the woman that the delivery would be made and be made early that morning. When the delivery wasn't made, I called McCarthy's Flowers and asked why the delivery wasn't made and the woman acted surprised.She was apologetic and offered to still deliver the flowers and offered more birthday balloons, but the moment was gone, the surprise of getting the delivery was lost.Also the delivery des
