Review
Having ordered we were not happy as the crab texture had changed in the dish... The manager came to our table, explained to us the problem with the crab etc. Never have I been treated so well when a problem arose...Except for the crab dish, Red Lobster food is fine. The Wilkes Barre Red Lobster, is clean, friendly and is staffed by some of the best personal in the area..The Manager..is underpaid! He is right up with some of the finest!!!!!!!!! Have fun just don't order the crab!!!!
