I ususally don't write reviews, but this apartment is so bad that I feel I need to get the words out so that fewer people will make the wrong decision as we did. The apartment is old and need frequent maintenance. The management is ok when you move in, but be prepared for a sizable charge(close to one month's rent) when you move out for all the cleaning/carpet replacement, etc. They charge you for the needed cleanup and maintenance they need to do. What a good deal for them! Plus, there was a crime committed in the community in the past few months,
