They sold my son a car battery, he took it back 2 days later with the receipt and they told him he had tampered with it & would not honer the warrenty. 4 months later I found out about it, took it back without the receipt. They stated they would gladly give me one only if I had the receipt. I went to another store that sold the same battery, they saw it was still under warranty and they gave me a new battery, no questions asked and said have a nice day. This is a shame what Shore Auto has turned into.
