This Bar/restaurant %u201CSloppy Joe%u2019s, on Shiloh St., Mt Washington%u201D doesn%u2019t serve any food? Every square inch of this establishment looks like it needs a good bleach cleaning. I was there this past weekend and the crowd was violent. The bar area has chairs cramped around it so tight that they leave hardly any room to move around. Be careful who you say excuse me to, because you might get yelled at. The bartender was apparently under the influence of some kind, took our money, but forgot to give us our drinks.
