"Poor service is NEVER worth the price" When i dropped off my pc desktop Monday I was informed by an employee (would can only be described as sullen, and clearly thought it a great sacrifice to pull himself off the game he was playing to come assist me) that my PC would be ready in 2-3 days, and that I would be contacted after the first hour of work with an update. No one called. I called on Weds afternoon (day 2) and a rather rude man told me (and i quote) "We are running scans on it now", and he agreed to call me when they were done running
