minor body work needed on a chevy cobalt (dents in bumper and quarters panel due to sliding on ice). he said it would take "about a week". as soon as he got the car he began with excuses on why it would take longer, mainly shorthanded with help. calls every week yielded more excuses and no work performed. 8 WEEKS LATER its finally finished! I know it takes about a week to order parts and another week to replace those panels and bumper at the most. I'm very angry that he would hold the car that long if he didnt have the ability to get it done in a reasonable am
