advertisement, hall, promises--very nice, but you sure don't get what you THINK you are paying for!! First sign should have been that they demanded 18% gratuities up front--then their level of service can be as bad as they want--you've already paid! Not only was I ripped off in AMOUNT and QUALITY of food promised, but they gave very RUDE service, and dismantled the place (removed decorations, cleaned up, stacked chairs on tables, etc. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE RECEPTION!
