My wife and I went to the Rib Crib in Elizabeth Pa and OMG! What a disappointment. Being from Texas, Born and Raised, we know what smoked BBQ is, this is not even close. I ordered the ribs, which was a nice size rack but when the plate was placed in front of me, it was swimming in a hot sauce that seemed to be made of an extreme amount of cayenne pepper and vinegar. It was meat swimming in a soup! I guess this place doesn't realize their name is the RIB CRIB not the Sauce crib. The sauce wasn't good either, it was one of the nastiest things I have ever t
