Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was my own contractor while building my house. I spend over 50,000 in appliance from Voss including grills, kitchen appliances, TVs and wash dryers. I have had countless issues with my appliances and when there is a problem I cannot get someone on the phone. I have left over 5 messages per issue with no return call. Then when I tell them that I will not get off the phone without a service appointment I finally get booked. Three times I have booked service appointment and stayed home to wait for them and they never came
