I would have given this business no stars, but it would not let me write a review without at least one star. We waited for nearly two years for this stone and heard ever excuse imaginable. When it was finally done we were sent a bill for the second half of the payment. Unfortunately we had moved and it was forwarded to us but arrived late. One payment was sent that they claimed they did not receive, and we received a phone call with the ultimatum that if it was not paid in 5 days, the headstone would be removed from the grave,it would not be replaced for 3 months un
