He is the worst landlord! Never does anything about anything and always keeps everyones security deposits, and I mention he sues his tenats. His apartments have BUGS and MOLD. The basement storage is horrible it is moldy, damp, and again bugs everywhere. Laundry facilities are disgusting and he makes surprise visits when you are not home. Said the apartment was "sound proof", every night we heard the couple up stairs screaming at each other. Kids from the school across the street found smoking pot all through the property.
