I've been going to Artistic for the last 3 years with my cat. The cat has been receiving the same services every few months, but yesterday, she received a full shave down for no reason and without warning. Apparently there was some miscommunication between the receptionist and the groomer. I received a traumatized cat. The cat is a purebred Maine Coon, hasn't slept for days and looks like a rat. There was absolutely NO reason for the cat to experience this. They do not listen to you and have no qualms about doing what they want with your pet. They lost my trust.
