Let me preface this review by stating that I have been dry cleaning my work clothes at Executive Dry Cleaners since 2006. Several weeks ago I brought a pair of pants in to be cleaned for a job interview. I discovered that the zipper of my pants was malfunctioning on the day of my job interview. The zipper was working just fine when I brought it in because I wore the pant two days prior. I took the pants back Executive and presented the owner with the problem.
