My sister applied for a job at Freds.The manager was rude and discriminated against her. If this is how a company is to be ran it is a poor company. I think a full investigation needs to be ran to check out the management of this Freds store. When a manager tells a potetinal employee that they are not wanted because they are white and small, that is racial discritimaiton. A professoional manager would know not to say something like that.
