This bank's motto is "We're On it!' yet, they don't stand by what they say. I have been banking with this bank for 10 years, and recently their their leader thinks she is too good to wait on customer's request. I have requested her to transfer money from one account to another account, but she ignores. As I shared it with the branch manager, CEO, president, no one cares since it is very fast growing bank.
