They really helped me out of a jam. They were friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. Plus, they paid attention to all kinds of details - I really got the impression that they know and love Volvos. My '89 240 (375k) died just outside of Charleston as I was about to drive back home to Atlanta. I had it towed to Reputable Volvo on a Sunday night. They called me first thing Monday morning and kept me updated the whole time. I didn't make it back up to Charleston for two weeks to pick it up, but they were amazingly accommodating, let me pay over the phon
