My hot water heater went out in October!! So it was cold outside and we didn't have much money. That doesn't work out very well with a family of 4 all needing to shower everyday. I called around to other places for quotes and they were all out of our price range, and they wanted to charge an additional $150 or more to bring my water heater up to code, even though I insisted it was already up to code.
