Story is far too long to go into so just the highlights. They quoted the job at 2-4 weeks and shipped in 4 weeks, but used wrong colors. I sent them back, they agreed to fix it. 2 weeks later hadn't heard back and called/emailed for a week before reaching them. Turns out the material they ordered to fix my order was used for a different order. Waited again to hear back but nothing. Called/emailed for days with no response. Then was told - will ship Friday. Friday was told - will ship Tuesday. Wednesday no response. Thursday was told - we shipped today but can't give
