I just started training with Mikaila a couple of weeks ago and she is wonderful. I don't feel like just any ol client or paycheck like I have at other facilities. She has taken a personal interest in not only my health and fitness, but me as well. Makaila has a way of making you feel like family, which allows you to feel more comfortable with her making, in my opinion, training better.
