Randal L. Mercer is a founding Partner of CB Richard Ellis, Ft. Myers-Naples, FL. Since 1998, he was responsible for co-managing the company's Fort Myers and Naples offices, which are staffed by over 50 real estate professionals and has assisted in coordinating all activities for the two offices including new business development, client relations and brokerage services. Mr. Mercer now focuses on transactions only, devoting 100% of his time to serving select clients. Mr. Mercer's brokerage specialties are office and investment properties and has been widely considered the market leader for the past two decades. In addition to forming the Southwest Florida Partner office, Mr. Mercer has been President of Mercer Investment Properties, a full service brokerage firm established in 1988. In this position, he directs the marketing campaigns for many multi-tenant and build-to-suit office developments and is considered the leading office leasing specialist in Southwest Florida. Over the past two decades, Mr. Mercer has been responsible for the leasing of major properties in and around Southwest Florida.
