We all hate it when our stuff breaks. But who to call ??? The best method I found was to contact the manufacture of the broken item. In my case it was Pioneer. Since Pioneer stopped making TV's I thought I was up a creek. But Pioneer recommended Mr. TV Sales & Service (414) 762-8600 They were very fair with me. Showed me respect and did not talk down to me. the estimate they provided was affordable and they said they could have it repaired the same day. RESULT: I got my TV repaired in hours, not days. Got a warranty too. I can worry about more
