THE WORST. I have NEVER written an online review before, but the experience I've had with this "company" is astonishing. I'm writing this after 6 MONTHS of dealing with these inept liars - PLEASE, just call the manufacturer of your appliance, and ask them to recommend someone in the area for help. Again - this company is THE WORST. I rate it 1 star because there is no zero or negative rating available.
