we all know that some carriers of the news paper have a criminal background but the paper doesnt care we as pepole and communities are concerned about our children and our safety we only ask that the paper do a background check on their carriers and if any unlawfull things come up not to hire them we pay for this service and deserve to not be put in the situation of dealing with a convict who visits our homes everyday and have to worry about the outcome
