Spotty service, dishonest quotes. Long story short, their 3 month pay period is actually divided into quarters. What this means is that you end up paying twice IF you sign on before the completion of the current quarter. This isn't explained during quoting. When questioned about this, the representative routinely quoted various pricing periods: at one point said rep stated the next bill would be sent out in October, and then proceeded to change the answer to November, then September at other times.
