Being Fair I will say the pool works as it should. I ordered it 6-28-09. It was not ready to use and swim until Sept. 09, Labor Day weekend. To make that date we had to install the grass ourselves or it would have been additional 5 days to wait on their guy. Pool (fiberglass) arrived approx 2 months after ordered. It took 30 days from that date pool dropped in ground to useable with no lawn. Just a pool and dirt. Workers didn't call to say they were coming. A couple times didn't show up till later days when scheduled. But, if you can put up with the chaos. . the poo
