BOK has groomed our family's three dogs several times & we've been pleased, however, this last time, they took a massive chunk off my toy poodle's leg. I understand accidents happen but since the injury was pretty severe, I wanted a little bit of detail about what happended. I very nicely asked a few questions. They were immediately defensive & not only unapologetic but they didn't feel they were responsible for the vet bill nor did they offer to refund the cost of the grooming.
