The emphasis by the management and therefore the staff is to get people seated, get the tables cleared when they are finished and seat more people. There is no concern for the delivery or the quality of the food. When I told the manager that we had waited for an hour for our food to be delivered to the table he immediately began to tell me that if we wanted food in a hurry we needed to have gone somewhere else.
