Point South / Yemassee KOA has been welcoming campers for 30 years. The staff appreciates all your support and comments. Stay in one of the full-service Cabins / Lodges, decorated in the Frank Lloyd Wright tradition, with showers, linens and kitchenettes. Campground amenities include pizza, wings, a coffee house and a wine bar (featuring four local wineries). Enjoy evening wine tastings or local craft beers (Monday-Saturday). The Swimming Mermaid Coffee House offers locally roasted gourmet coffees from around the world, as well as espresso, lattes and wonderful hot teas. Point South / Yemassee KOA is surrounded by rich Southern history. Visit beautiful antebellum Beaufort, colonial Charleston and historic Savannah. Beaufort, named "Best Small Southern Town" by Southern Living magazine, has been featured in books such as 1,000 Places to See Before You Die by Patricia Schultz. The campground is an easy 6-hour drive to central Florida attractions.
