It is already terrifying to a child to even say that they are going to the dentist. But to take them there and not be in the same room while they are getting the work done is more terrifying. Yes I did take her there more than once, only because she really needed the work done at the time. But it really upset me that they don't let the parents go back with the child. They say that it's much better for the child if the parent isn't in there with them. I'm sorry, but that is the craziest thing I've heard. My child was even scared when I took her to my dentist ju
