This place had a chair of mine for three and a half months. I called and stopped by several times to check in. After repeated attempts, I called to let them know I would be picking the chair up in two weeks if it was not completed. Much to my surprise, they finished the chair. It is hideous. They used old upholstery that has been sitting in the shop for who knows how long. I asked for brown or deep red...it is patterned with black, gold and red????!! I took the chair home and paid in hopes that it would look better at home. NOPE! It is stiff and the mate
