Chan's has been a staple in Conway since the 80s. I really don't know why. The food is not that good (hard rice, flavorless greasy soups)and worst of all, every time I order something I am served something else (I am forgiving and thought it might be a fluke the first time, it wasn't). I don't know if they assume I don't know what I am ordering or that I won't notice the difference. Well, I do and spoke up each time. I was told, we are out of that.
