We have visited Sturgis, SD to attend the motorcycle ralley every year for the past 6 years now. There are an average of 500,000 people there over the course of 10 days, most of them riding Harleys, so you can imagine how many customers must go through the doors of Sturgis Harley-Davidson in that time... thousands upon thousands. The first time I went in there I thought perhaps I might be ignored or rushed, it was wall to wall people, but no way.
